Wool felt is made of natural wool, it is not adopted the way of across and upright to make it, but use the shrinking characteristic of felt to adhibit, as the following:
a. Springiness, can be used as the under material of shockproof, airproof gasket and stretch steel wire.
b. Having good capability of adhibition, not easy to relax, can be cranked out variety of accessory.
c. Having good capability of heat preservation, can be used as the material of heat insulation.
d. Compactness of structure, small hole, can be used as well material of filtration.
e. Having petty well capability of polishing, can be used as the polishing material.

B. Pay attention to the state of the affairs when choose

a. When the density of the woolen (gram/cm3) is too big. it will disappear the springiness, too small, it will also disappear the polishin??g, thickness and the thickness of the felt. They all have the influence to the usage. So it is the best to inform the application before you adopt.
b. At present the felt is divided in especial and ordinary. The difference is according to the thickness of the felt, the size of the density, and color to distinguish. The technology requirement is according to have or not the mightiness elongate and the function of the capillary to be divided it. Accept and test by this method.

C. The standard type illustrate of the felt

a. The technical standard index of felt consist of 5 bits figure. First, indicate product color. Second, indicate classification of raw material. Third, indicate specification. Four and five indicate density of product. "T" stand for the especial felt.
e.g. T112-41, means the especial white fine felt. Density is 0.41g/cm3
122-32, means the white half thick felt. Density is 0.32g/cm3
b. Provide number, thickness and area when order. Felt annulus and felt goods accessory is put forward the serial number according to the standard when order. Also offered the accessory drawing information.
